Chat Agent Supervisor

Assign a Chat to an Agent1. Select the chat by clicking on the name/email id of the end-user under Incoming chats

2. Click Assign to an Agent

3. In the pop-up box, select the name of the agent you would like to assign it to

4. Click Assign
