Re-assigning a Chat to a Different Agent

Role required

Chat Agent Supervisor

1. Select the chat by clicking on the name/email id of the end-user under Active chats

2. Click Re-Assign to another agent

3. In the pop-up box, select the name of the agent you would like to re-assign the chat to

4. Click Re-Assign
