Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Research on the required features of the product with similar products and technologies available.

• Analyze the usage data to find usage patterns and improve product usage by removing friction• Define best guidelines and practices for product engineering, UX.

• Benchmark against the best alternatives and competing products’ features.

• Ensuring timeliness of product major and minor releases to beta and GA.

• Interact with customers for key customer inputs given on product usage.

Required Work Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience working in product teams working with engineering, customer successand UI/UX teams.

• Experience working on SaaS platforms

• Demonstrated experience of working in best in class tools for the samePreferred Work Experience:

• Prior experience in Conversational Ai/Chatbot space

• SQL to analyze data patterns is a strong plus.

• Strong knowledge of non-functional concerns and their specific applications
