(referred to herein as “we”, “our” and “Actionable Science”), respects the privacy of its customers, business partners, and users (individually referred to herein as “you” and "customer") of its applications and its websites, including resolve.ai. This Actionable Science Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") describes the information that we collect, how we obtain the information, and how we may use or disclose that information. This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. As used herein, the term “Services” means our website at rezolve.ai (“Website”), our hosted software applications and related support services. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected and processed by Actionable Science, regardless of the manner in which the same is collected.

- Customer Data - Personal data provided by our customers about other individuals (including their employees and end users).
- Other Data - Personal data provided directly to us from the data subject.
Our customers are the controller of Customer Data and Actionable Science is the processor of Customer Data. Actionable Science the controller of “Other Data”.
Information We Collect
Customer Data - Customers provide data to us for processing in connection with our Services.
Customer Data may be processed by us as a result of customer’s use of the Services when our customers, or their end-users, input or upload information into the Services. For example, customers who use our applications may upload Customer Data about their employees.
Other Data
For creation of user accounts, you provide your name, email address, password, telephone number and correspondence address. You also provide billing details for invoicing purposes.
You may contact us for post-production support through our support portal facility. Your data (Name, Business Email Id, Your organization’s name) is required to log a support request in our helpdesk.
We also collect data when you use the Services.
- Data - Our servers automatically collect information when you access or use the Services. This data is recorded in log files. Examples of such data include IP Address.
- Information we collect as you navigate through the Website - As you navigate through the Website, we may also collect details about your visits to our Website including, but not limited to, your usage patterns, traffic data, location data, logs and other communication 3 data and the resources that you access, as well as information about your computer and internet connection, including your operating system and browser type.
- Mobile Application - When you download and use our mobile application, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, and operating system version.
- Subscription Data – You provide personal data to us as part of signing up for our newsletter on our websites. We may also collect personal information from you when you use interactive features of the Website, promotions, requesting customer support, or otherwise communicating with us.
- Contact Us Data – When you inquire about our products and services, we collect and store this data to communicate with you and respond to your inquiry.
Data from Others
Actionable Science may receive your data from sources other than from you, such as social media websites and Google Analytics. Customers may also provide data about their users, which may include you if your use is affiliates with a customer of Actionable Science, that is necessary to create user accounts.
Actionable Science may collect and use information we receive from third parties in connection with your use of the Website. For instance, Actionable Science uses a third party for reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our Website and marketing efforts, and to identify areas for improvement.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
How we use your personal data will depend on which Services you use and how you use those Services.
Customer Data will be used by Actionable Science in accordance with customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the agreement between Actionable Science and the customer (“Customer Agreement”). Actionable Science is a processor of Customer Data and customer is the controller.
Other Data is used by us to provide our Services, provide you with product demos, contact you for direct marketing (in accordance with your preferences) and to allow you to comment on our blog sections. We also use this data to communicate with you by responding to your requests, comments and questions.

When we have lawful bases to process your personal data.
In some cases, we may have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.
How we use Customer Data
We use your data to authenticate you and authorize access to our services.
We only process Customer Data on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions provided in the applicable Services agreement with us. We use the data that we have about you to provide our services and provide support to you. In each case, Actionable Science collects such information only in so far as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the interaction with our services.
- To send emails and other communications -We may send you service, technical and other administrative emails, messages and other types of communications. We may also contact you to inform you about changes in our Services and our Services offerings. These communications are considered part of the Services and you may not opt out of them.
- Customer Support -If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we respond to your request or to help your issues.
- For any other purpose as provided for in the Services Agreement between us and the customer, or as otherwise authorized by the customer;
- In accordance with or as may be required by law.
How we use Other Data
We may send you service related messages or marketing / promotional materials consistent with your preferences. You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information.
We will update you with improvements in our services, new features and from time to time also carry out direct marketing of our products and services. Direct marketing is carried out only if you consent to receiving such communications from us.
Users under 16 years of age
The Sites and Services do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 16.
If you are under the age of 16, you are not permitted to use the Services or to disclose your personal data to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a child under 16, we will delete that data. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us.
Data Retention Policy
We will retain your personal information for as long as is needed to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
Customer Data - We retain your information for as long as you have an active Services account. We may also retain your personal information for extended period under applicable statutory laws.
Actionable Science will retain Customer Data in accordance with a Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and as required by applicable law. When a customer terminates all Services, we delete all Customer Data provided by such customer per their instructions or as per our retention policy.
Other Data - We retain your information for as long as necessary for the purposes that we have described in this Privacy Policy
Actionable Science may retain Other Data pertaining to you only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
You can request to access, update or correct your personal information. You also have the right to object to direct marketing. You have a right to withdraw previously provided consent to use your data at any time.
You may have additional rights pursuant to your local law applicable to the processing. For example, if the processing of your personal information is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), and your personal information is processed based on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing on grounds relating to your specific situation. Under GDPR you may also have the right to request to have your personal information deleted or restricted and ask for portability of your personal information.

We strive to give you ways to access, update/modify your data quickly or to delete it unless we have to keep that information for legal purposes. Some rights can be access from within the Actionable Science application. For visitors, these rights can be exercised by contacting us with your specific request.
- Change or Correct Data: You can edit some of your personal data through your account. You can also ask us to change, update or fix your data in certain cases, particularly if it’s inaccurate.
- Delete Data: You can ask us to erase or delete all or some of your personal data (e.g. if it is no longer necessary to provide Services to you).

We keep some personal data even after termination of Services
Following the termination of Services, we generally delete your personal information as per our retention policy. Some information that is necessary for statutory obligations such as records of payment processing, invoicing data will be retained as necessary.

While we aim to limit the sharing of your data, at times, it is necessary to share your data with certain service providers. Examples of when and for what purpose your data is shared include data center / hosting services, email marketing services, etc.

To Comply with Laws - If we receive a request for information, we may disclose if we reasonably believe disclosure is in accordance with or required by any applicable law, regulation or legal process.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your data will be stored and processed in multiple countries including outside of the European Union (EU) Region
Since we are an international company, your data will be processed outside of the EU region. Your data will be processed within Third Party Data Centers in USA and within Actionable Science offices in USA and India. Some countries where we process data may not have as protective laws as your own country and there are risks associated with such transfer.
Actionable Science offers European Union Model Clauses, also known as Standard Contractual Clauses, to meet the adequacy and security requirements for our Customers that operate in the European Union, and other international transfers of Customer Data. These clauses are contractual commitments between parties transferring personal data (for example, between Actionable Science and its Clients, suppliers or data processors outside the EU), binding them to protect the privacy and security of the data.

We maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect Customer Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Examples of security measures include physical access controls, HTTPS, restricted access to data, monitoring for threats and vulnerabilities etc.
We also subject our services to internationally recognised certification and attestation standards. Actionable Science is SSAE 18 – SOC 2 Type 1 attested.

Actionable Science may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion.

We will confirm receipt of your request with 10 business days. We will respond to your request within 45 calendar days of receiving your request, and notify you if we need an additional 45 days to respond.
Verifying Requests
When you ask us to disclose specific pieces of personal information to you or to delete personal information we obtained from you, we have to verify your identity before processing your request. If we are unable to verify your identity we may deny your request at our discretion. As a part of this process, we will match the identifying information provided by you to the Persona Information we have about you. We may ask for additional personal information such as government or other identification, along with your name, address history, and information about your previous interactions with us. More stringent verification is required if you do not have or cannot access your user account with us.
An Authorized Agent Can Make Requests on Your Behalf
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request to access or a request to delete on your behalf. In order to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide the agent with a valid power of attorney. We will also request your valid government issued identification and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification. We may verify the authenticity of the request directly with you, and may deny requests from authorized agents who do not submit sufficient proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf, or are unable to verify their identity.
