Many Applications are providing OAUTH based authentication for their APIs to work. We are now able to integrate and support these OAUTH authenticated APIs.
Tasks in applications that require end-users to sign in for consent and access can now be performed through the bot. (Below is the reference for NinjaRMM tool, where BOT is providing details for logged in devices of user)-
The end-user will be prompted to sign in through the bot and the Bot will perform the task using their credentials and privileges.
This functionality can be extremely helpful to agents with privileged permission.
