FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions are Rezolve.ai and its capabilities

How can I see where an answer came from?

The Explainability screen displays a flowchart that guides you through the process the bot took to arrive at answer. You can see as it checks each knowledge source and which knowledge articles it decided were relevant, if any.

Can I review past conversations?

Yes. Admins have the ability to pull up any query sent to the bot and view the entire chat history of that session.

Does Rezolve.ai identify gaps in my knowledge automatically?

Yes. As users ask questions to the bot, problematic interactions are automatically logged. Instances where the bot failed to answer are logged as Missing Knowledge while queries that received negative feedback from users are logged as Inaccurate Knowledge.
