How do I be confident that the bot will provide accurate answers?

Our state-of-the-art RAG model cannot engage the language model to formulate an answer unless it has first found relevant knowledge in your knowledge base that answers the user’s question. If found, the bot will then cite each piece of information that was used in the answer, providing transparency and confidence in its answers. If no information is found, the bot will simply communicate that it was unable to find relevant information.

Is the bot pulling information from anywhere on the internet?

No, our Agentic Web Search puts you in control. Web-search is an optional feature and can enabled/disabled at your discretion. If enabled, you have full control over which websites or domains it can search via a whitelist and blacklist.

Will the bot be able to access my corporate knowledge?

Yes! We integrate with major 3rd party content services such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence, and more using their available REST API’s. Individual documents and PDF’s can be uploaded directly and managed in the admin console.
