About New Ticketing UI

We heard your feedback and we did something about it. We are excited to announce that the Rezolve.ai Ticketing 2.0 UI is finally here!!!  

Don’t worry, you will be able to switch between the classic ticketing view which you are familiar with and the new Ticketing 2.0 UI. 

Key Features: Ticketing 2.0 UI

1. Inbox view – The new ticketing UI is designed to be an inbox view.  

2. Auto-refresh - You will no longer have to manually refresh the My Tickets page to see if any new tickets come in or if there have been any updates on existing tickets.  

3. Enhanced search – You can now search tickets by ticket number, requester name or subject line.  

4. Save Filters – You will now be able to save your filters for them to be used at a later time
