Attribute details in Tickets

Ticket agents can view all mapped end-user attributes in the user information section of the ticketing system. This helps agents to understand the end-user better.

The default user attributes are – Email, First Name, and Last name

Your Rezolve.ai admin can configure more attributes shared by your AAD admin (Ex - Account Enabled, Department, Location, Telephone Number, etc.)
