Automatically Moving Ticket Notification Emails to a Specific Folder

If you would like to move your ticket notification emails to a specific folder so they are not in your inbox, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to outlook.office365.com/mail and login
2. Click "View"

3. Click "View settings"

4. Click "Rules"
5. Click "Add new rule"
6. Type the name of the rule
7. Click "Select a condition"
8. Click "From"
9. In the box that appears next to from, type the email address that you want to block (ie the email address that ticketing notifications are coming from)

10. Click "Select an action"
11. Click the From menu dropdown and select "Move to"
12. In the Select a Folder option that appears next to Mo To, choose"Move to a different folder..."

13. Select the folder you would like the mail moved to
14. Click "Save"
