Rezolve for Agents Teams App

Rezolve.ai is introducing a new RFA (Rezolve.ai for Agents) App in Microsoft Teams. This app allows Agents to pick up live chats and review chats directly in Teams.
  

Associate agents to Queue (Team) -

Access level needed - Chat Agent Admin   

To see how Live Chat Queues (Team) is added as a team in Teams, please refer to Agent Queue Administration in Teams.

Once a Queue (Team) is added to Teams, you can assign agents to it by:

1. Going to Live chat - > Live chat settings - > Associate Agent(s)

2. Select the appropriate queue (team)

3. Select an agent from the Available Agent list 

4. Click 'Add Selected' to move them to Assigned Agents list

NOTE: Agents who have been assigned the Live hCat Agent role will be listed under Avalible Agent(s).

Using RFA (Rezolve.ai for Agents) -

Agents who are added to a Queue (Team), will see a new Team in the Microsoft Teams app.   

Whenever a new chat is routed to the team, all the assigned Agents will receive a notification. These Agents can view the chat transcript (conversation between bot and end-user) using the 'View Transcript' button. They can then click on the 'Connect' button to begin chatting with the end-user. All in the RFA (Rezolve.ai for Agents) App.
