Unassigned Ticket Option

To unassign a ticket -
  

1. Open the ticket that you want to unassign   

2. Select Unassigned from the dropdown menu   

3. Click on Update

Note - The unassigned ticket goes back to the queue assigned to the ticket, form where it can be picked by another Agent.
